Advertisement Submission Guidelines:

Copyright Compliance: All ads must not include any copyright materials, either in whole or in part. Ensure that all content is original and properly licensed.

Submission Format: To place an ad, please provide camera-ready logo art in a high-resolution format (preferably JPEG or PNG). Additionaly, include clear and legible textual information related to the advertisement.

Quality Standards: Please ensure that all advertisements and images adhere to our professional quality criteria. This includes, but not limited to, high resolution images and well-structured content.

Lead Time: Significant lead-time is required to layout and print high-quality materials. We kindly request that you respond promptly to this request as early submissions will help unsure an ideal turnaround.

Deadline for Submission: All ads must be submitted along with payment online by November 30, 2024 via QR Code or via checks  payable to Tau Rho Chapter or https://www.simpletix.com/e/tau-rho-chapter-60th-year-anniversary-cele-tickets-187567
